NEW SATURDAY TIMETABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2010

As from September we have the hall all day on Saturdays. I will be starting a beginners development group from 9.00am - 10.00am and the current 8.45am session will run from 10am till 12.30pm.

There will also be a session running from 1pm till 3.30pm. You have the choice of the morning session, the afternoon session or both.

Those booking in for the whole day will have a timetable devised that incorporates:-

 

Gym / Conditioning / Stretching

DMT

Rig / Video Play Back

Synchro

Trampoline Training

1/2 Hour for Lunch
